With the creation of the Google Earth service now everyone can see the world as it is. Not surprisingly, when millions of users got visionary access to the whole Earth’s surface and started to search for various places on the globe, some of them came across certain anomalies. Last reminder came from Germany in respect of the right to create thumbnails of the images. The German court has decided that it infringes the copyrights of the creators of the image.
